All reservations are made online through our webshop. Instead of sending multiple e-mails we have made a customer friendly reservation system:
- Choose your rental period
- See which bikes are available
- Choose your bike and size
- Send us all necessary details:
- Saddle hight
- Reach
- Handlebar hight
- Go to checkout
We enabled the option to create a customer's profile. When you create a profile once, your essential information will be filled in at the checkout. So you save even more time to ride the bike! ;)
Payment and warranty
Payments for rental bikes are made online and are due in full at the moment of reservation.
A warranty of 150 EUR is due at pick-up in shop. The warranty can be paid in cash or by card and will be paid back at the end of the rental period when the bike is free of any damage.
Bike insurance
For all bikes with a rental period of max. 2 days, a bike insurance is included.
For bike rentals that exceed the rental period of 2 days the additional cost for insurance is 30 EUR.
Insurance can be booked in-store when you pick up the bike(s).
Pick-up and returns
Pick-ups are possible on the day when the rental period begins during opening hours, until one hour before closing.
- Check-in at the bar, our staff will handle your request.
- Sit back and relax in our coffee lounge while our mechanic carries out a final check of your bike.
Returns at the end of your rental period are possible during opening hours, until one hour before closing.
Did you use any equipment of yourself like pedals, GPS, power meter? Our mechanics will smootly remove it from the bike and call you when the job is done. Meanwhile, enjoy the Spanish sun at our terrace and think back at the great time you had on the bike!
Extra equipment
Do you have your own power meter, pedals, or GPS holder? You can easily hand it to our mechanics at pick-up. They will gently install it.
